Hooray! Tickets booked! Paperwork on its way! It is getting very exciting for our 6 students and 2 chaperones!!! The countdown is on!
Thanks to the students, we have some activities planned for Los Angeles: Disneyland and Universal Studios. What else would we like to pursue? Knott's Berry Farm? Watching a sporting event such as The Lakers (basketball), The Dodgers (basketball), the Mighty Ducks (ice hockey)? A tandem bike ride from the Santa Monica Pier? The student shop at UCLA?
So many options - and so little time!!!

SCI-VIS: a 6-day program for 200 students with vision impairments from around the world - the opportunity of a lifetime! We live in a simulated space station and participate in a program designed to develop leadership and teamwork whilst undertaking mission simulations in life-sized models of a space-shuttle, space station and mission control. Six Victoria students will travel to Huntsville, Alabama USA to participate in this program ... via Disneyland and Universal Studios!
